Can you tell us what you've learnt *already*?
www.flipcode.com used to be a good resource, but it went down, but I think they still have their old articles online, check. There's also
www.gamedev.net , and in particular nehe.gamedev.net which has good tuts.
Offline, I think the books in the "Gurus" series by Andre LaMothe would be pretty good, I read one of his books over a decade ago, and that had the *juice* in it, proper good stuff.
Also, (and this is why I asked you how much you already know), Michael Abrash's Graphics Programming Blackbook, which you can find for free on the web, is my most favourite game programming book of all time, he's a good writer, and livens up a very technical subject with humourous anecdotes from his own life, but it starts from the absolute *basics*, tricks with the VGA and suchlike - if you're a Windoze guy, you'll prolly have to skip all of that.
